Organizers can mute all Participants, mute an individual Participant, or mute themselves. After 10 Participants join the call, Dialpad Meetings automatically mutes any further Participants who join via computer.
Let's take a look at muting Participants in Dialpad Meetings.
Mute All Participants
From an active conference, navigate to Organizer Controls and select Mute All.
Participants already in the conference are muted, and any future Participants who join will be muted upon arrival. Return to this menu to unmute all Participants, too.
Mute Individual Participant or Yourself
From an active conference, select the Microphone icon on a Participant card. Do this again to unmute, too.
If you'd like to mute or unmute yourself, the Organizer or Participant card for your name offers the same functionality. You'll also find the Microphone icon in the control panel at the bottom of your screen.
