If your card is being declined, you'll need to contact your bank to verify you've entered the right information and that you have sufficient funds.
Dialpad Meetings does not block transactions and will only display the response that is generated by your bank either accepting or declining the transaction. If you're using a corporate card, check the zip code, as this is the most commonly mistaken information that will cause a decline.
Your financial institution should have contact information listed on the back of your card. Note that some cards/banks will attempt to block a transaction for security purposes, and will need to release the block for us to authorize and bill your card.
